Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 7 days of the purchase date for a refund.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all original tags attached.
• You must provide your order confirmation email or original receipt as proof of purchase.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Fineline tattoo and permanent makeup services
• Any other items marked as final sale

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the return has been inspected and approved.
